Based in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, Liber Merchandising is family owned and operated.

It is our intention to bring our customers unique home décor and gift items which will bring a little bit of the West into their homes. To that end we have linked TheCowboysLady.com with other online merchants and artists who share our vision and our standards. Personal checks will delay delivery by 7 - 10 working days as the order will not be filled until the check has cleared the bank. The store features a shopping cart and secure transactions.
